Refund policy

We want you to love your new artwork. If you are not completely satisfied, or if you change your mind, we’ve got you covered. Please note, returns and refunds do NOT apply to Commissioned artwork.

Notify us within seven (7) days of receiving the artwork if you wish to return it. We will arrange for collection on a suitable day. We cover the cost of return shipments within Australia. You can choose a full refund or store credit. Store credit will be provided by way of a Gift Card for redemption with purchases on the site.

Steps for returns:

1. You have seven (7) days from the time you receive the artwork to decide if you’d like to return it.

2. If you decide to return the piece, email us at sharon@sharoncomello.art with your order number.

3. Repackage the artwork in the original packaging and apply the return label we send. A courier will collect the package on the agreed day.

Upon processing your return, we will issue a full refund or credit for your purchase.

For international orders(i.e. outside mainland Australia), return shipping costs are not covered.

Returns Fair Use Policy

Our free returns policy ensures that you receive artwork that suits your space at home or work. We allow one (1) artwork to be returned free of charge within a six-month period, with the cost of return shipping covered. Further returns within this period require written approval from us.

If Lay-by orders are made available to our customers, these orders are subject to a different returns policy. If an artwork from a lay-by order is unsuitable, sharoncomello.art reserves the right to void the returns policy or offer a gift voucher equivalent to the artwork's value. The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash and may only be used for alternative artwork.

Accuracy of Content

We have taken care to ensure the information on this Website is accurate. However, we cannot guarantee, nor do we accept legal liability arising from or connected to, the accuracy, reliability, currency, or completeness of anything on this Website or any linked site.
